Delivery Terms

This website is only for delivery of products to customers all around the world but mainly covering the Asian region.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

Estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

Sul:three shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Orders are despatched either by PosLaju or by GDex Courier. A signature may be required and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products between these hours.

If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your Order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Pos Laju usually arrive within 1-3 days (within Malaysia).

Please Order from Sul:three with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Sulthree cannot be responsible for this.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds

Products purchased are not exchangeable or refundable once purchased.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection and Use

Sul:three.com is dedicated to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information gathered about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you place an Order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to Sul:three.com (for example your name, contact numbers, postal address, email address, bank/credit card details).

Customer Contact

If you are an existing customer we will continue to keep you up to date with regards to Sul:three.com's products and services unless you tell us not to.

During registration, you will be given the option whether or not you want us to contact you by email about future offers, exclusive promotions, events and new Products or related activities that you may find useful.

If we have difficulties placing an order we will use your contact and/or credit card information to contact you.

We reserve the right to send out service related messages where suitable. e.g. if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we may issue a notice through email. Users may not opt-out of these communications.

Usage Tracking

In order to monitor security and which products and services are most popular with our site registered members and visitors, Sul:three tracks the traffic throughout this website.

Typical data recorded are the most popular products searched for and features used. We also observe the departments clicked into and generate statistics that include, among others, browser types used, IP (internet protocol) addresses and platform type. All this data is used only to enhance our products, prices and features as well as assist us in our marketing plans.

Credit card processing is issued by ???? system. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes other than order fulfilment.
